Order Entry Specialist Responsibilities :

Process and enter sales orders through the sales portal and EDI using an ERP/order management system, verifying order accuracy and inventory availability. Review customer and order information to ensure all details are complete, accurate, and up to date. Communicate with customers regarding order status, pricing, expected shipping dates, and potential delays. Create, update, and maintain item numbers, product information, and pricing within the ERP system. Complete daily end-of-day invoicing and ensure transactions are processed accurately and on time. Assist with month-end closing activities and provide administrative support to the Order Department. Maintain strong knowledge of company catalog numbers, products, descriptions, and related order information.

Order Entry Specialist Qualifications:
