Position Summary:

Nassau Candy is a premier importer, manufacturer, and distributor of candy, specialty confections, fine foods, and promotional products. We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Entry Associate to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in the customer order process and requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter customer orders into the system in a timely mannerReview all incoming orders for accuracy and completeness; resolve any discrepanciesEscalate issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution and order accuracyMonitor the status of open orders and follow through to successful completionStay current on new products, promotions, and internal processesPartner with Sales, Customer Service, Shipping, and other departments to ensure smooth order flowSupport department needs with additional tasks or projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in order entry, data entry, or a similar administrative roleHigh attention to detail and accuracy; ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindsetComfortable communicating professionally via phone and emailProficient in Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience with EDI platforms is a plusTeam-oriented with a positive, collaborative attitudeWhy Join Nassau Candy?
