Our mission is to showcase the exceptional manufacturing that exists in the United States. All our products are designed and produced in the USA. Our newly-opened storefront at 15 E. Lancaster Avenue provides a luxury shopping experience for our customers alongside our robust online store. We are currently seeking a part-time associate to assist in fulfillment of e-comm sales, who could step in to help on the sales floor if need be. In this role, you will join our team in: Packing, processing, and shipping orders received through our online store Keeping our fulfillment space stocked and organized Monitoring inventory levels and communicating discrepancies or low inventory with store management While at front of house, you will also help with: Greeting and assisting customers Operating the cash register to perform transactions, returns, and exchanges Keeping our storage space stocked and organized Restocking, cleaning, and maintaining the overall appearance of the sales floor, dressing room, and fulfillment area Monitoring inventory levels and communicating discrepancies or low inventory with store management Compiling, processing, and shipping orders received through our online store Candidates must be able to: Work 10 - 20 hours per week, with weekend and evening availability Interact with customers in a friendly and informative manner Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, go up and down stairs and ladders, and lift up to 50lbs Work on their feet for an extended period of time Become familiar with our products and to communicate the best qualities to customers Communicate clearly and candidly with fellow associates Operate a computer and multiple platforms In this role, you will learn to use Shopify and ApparelMagic on a daily basis. Your skills and the needs of the store will determine whether you will primarily assist with face-to-face sales or online fulfillment. Pay is $15-20/hour. We also provide a generous in-store discount.
