Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC), Pack, and Ship Associate to join our print shop team. This is an entry-level position, and full hands-on training will be provided! The ideal candidate will have some experience in fulfillment, shipping, or quality control, or will simply be willing and ready to learn. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to learn quickly to ensure we deliver high-quality print products that meet client specifications. Comfort with computers and shipping software is a huge plus. Problem-solving, staying organized, and keeping up with a fast-paced workflow will be a part of everyday life. Schedule:

Friday - Tuesday 2pm to 11pm You must be flexible, we need open availability. Your schedule may be changed to Sunday - Thursday 8am-5pm. We have to keep the operation running around the clock. Overtime may be available and must be worked when offered. Responsibilities Manage daily fulfillment operations to ensure timely packing and delivery of print jobs. Inspect all DTF transfers to ensure they meet strict Quality Control standards before they go out the door. Accurately QC, sort, pack, and ship all customer orders. Collaborate with the print and production teams to ensure all orders are accounted for and completed on schedule. Implement quality control measures throughout the packing process to maintain high standards and prevent shipping errors. Maintain accurate records of shipped orders, packing supplies, and inventory levels. Troubleshoot any order discrepancies or shipping issues that arise to minimize delays. Requirements No prior experience required—this is an entry-level role with on-the-job training provided (though prior warehouse, packing, or QC experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus!). Ability to operate equipment safely and stay on your feet in an active shop environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and extreme attention to detail.
