The mission of the Pack and Ship Supervisor role at RCAL Products is to oversee the packing and shipping team to ensure that all shipments arrive to RCAL's customers on-time, undamaged, and correct. This level of performance will be achieved through rigorous documentation adherence, acute attention to detail, and thorough communication. The following items outline the base responsibilities of the Through-Hole assembly role at RCAL Products Inc.

• Pack ○ Package finished product as it flows off of the production floor ○ Create and maintain detailed, concise, and easy to read documentation on how to pack each assembly ○ Maintain an organized and correct finished goods inventory ○ Maintain an organized pack and ship area ○ Track packing material usage

• Ship ○ Run ship reports to determine shipping requirements on a daily basis ○ Ensure that all assemblies are picked, packed and shipped on-time, complete, and correct ○ React to drop in orders throughout the work day ○ Communicate with the production team to ensure that shipping requirements will be met ○ Alert the customer service and sales teams when shipments will not be met
