Responsibilities Accurately pick orders using RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and order picker equipment to ensure precise fulfillment. Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials while maintaining quality control standards. Load and unload shipments efficiently with pallet jacks, cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, and other heavy equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Manage inventory levels within warehouse management systems and conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate records. Prepare shipments for dispatch by labeling, documenting, and organizing items for shipping & receiving processes. Follow safety procedures diligently during manual handling, heavy lifting, and material handling equipment operation to prevent accidents. Assist with warehouse operations such as stocking shelves, load & unload activities, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, or similar roles. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning technology, and inventory management systems. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, cherry pickers, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items regularly while following PPE use guidelines. Basic math skills for counting inventory accurately and processing orders efficiently. Knowledge of safety protocols related to warehouse distribution including PPE use and safe equipment operation. Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus but not required.
