Volt is Hiring! Volt is immediately hiring for a Dry Pickers - Freezer Food Manufacturing in Buena Park, CA. As a Dry Picker, you will: Perform shipping and receiving activities. Operate a forklift when needed; forklift experience is a plus, not required. Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products. Lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds. Enter and exit a -10°F freezer as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities and demands. Communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and other departments. Follow all company safety and food manufacturing procedures. Support additional warehouse duties as assigned. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity!

Schedule:

Monday -Thursday 8 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, shipping/receiving, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in food manufacturing and/or freezer environments is preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to pass a 7-year background and drug screen

Pay Rate:

$18.00-18.50 - per our DOE
