Entry-Level Candidates | No experience required 1st shift: 5:00am - 1:30pm + OT $20/hr Job Description The Technical Operator packages finished products, completes electronic production documentation, and supports manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. This role follows established procedures and quality standards while working closely with production, quality, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant packaging of products. Responsibilities Package finished products according to established procedures and quality standards. Retrieve packaging materials, components, and supplies required for production orders. Verify parts and quantities against the Bill of Materials (BOM) or parts list before packaging. Complete Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) accurately and in a timely manner using basic computer applications. Inspect packaged products for completeness, correct labeling, and adherence to quality requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all safety requirements. Report discrepancies, damaged materials, or quality concerns promptly to supervisors or designated personnel. Assist with inventory organization, material handling, and stock replenishment as needed. Work collaboratively with production, quality, and warehouse teams to meet production schedules and output targets. Read and follow written procedures, work instructions, safety guidelines, and production documents. Perform repetitive packaging, labeling, and material handling tasks with consistent accuracy. Operate or support operation of manufacturing and packaging equipment as required for the production line. Adapt to varying schedules and overtime requirements to support production demands. Essential Skills Previous experience in packaging, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred. Basic computer skills for completing Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) and using inventory tracking systems. Ability to read and follow work instructions, parts lists, packaging procedures, and safety guidelines. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate packaging and documentation. Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills in a production setting. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment such as distribution, food production, assembly line, or similar operations. Physical ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to consistently lift, carry, and move 40+ pounds as needed. Ability to perform repetitive hand movements involved in packaging, labeling, and material handling. Willingness and ability to work in cleanroom environments, cold conditions, and around manufacturing equipment. Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues promptly. Quality-focused mindset with a strong commitment to product quality and compliance. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in packaging, assembly, production, warehouse, general labor, picking, packing, or machine operation is a plus but not required. Experience in fast-paced environments such as distribution, restaurants, fast-food, or retail is beneficial. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Experience using inventory tracking systems is an advantage. Strong organization and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and varying schedules as needed. Comfort working with dry ice and in cold environments. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
