Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as an Order Picker/Packer and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that each customer receives their products promptly and in perfect condition. Responsibilities Efficiently pick orders using manual methods, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Pack products securely, utilizing appropriate materials handling techniques to prevent damage during transit. Load, unload, move, and organize boxes of garments while ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. Manage inventory levels by organizing stock in the warehouse and conducting regular stock counts. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents. Follow safety standards and warehouse safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times. Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or packing roles within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including inventory management and materials handling. Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures and the use of RF scanners for order accuracy. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately. Manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy loads safely while following safety guidelines. Previous warehouse supervisor experience is a plus for leadership opportunities or training roles.
