Pick and Pack Worker:
Competitive pay rate of $18.00/hour Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment Safety-first environment with PPE provided (steel toe boots required) Training provided for PIT equipment, including forklifts Work for a respected leader in the distribution industry What's a typical day as a Pick and Pack Worker? You'll be: Utilizing customer tickets to pull orders accurately and efficiently Picking, packing, loading items, and preparing shipments Checking and receiving inbound products, ensuring consistency with purchase orders Inspecting product packaging for quality and integrity Using RF guns to scan barcodes and maintain accurate inventory levels Completing paperwork, documentation, and data input according to established procedures Assembling, packaging, labeling, stacking, palletizing, and routing materials for safe delivery or storage Maintaining general housekeeping and assisting with other duties or projects as assigned This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have strong attention to detail and time management skills Possess knowledge of warehouse picking and packing processes Are dependable, a team player, and communicate effectively Can stand and move throughout the warehouse in various temperatures Are able to frequently lift, push, and slide packages up to 70 lbs Are willing to operate PIT equipment (training provided); forklift experience is a plus, especially with sit-down, order picker, and reach truck Are available for a 3-month assignment, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
