Duties Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all products are correctly packed according to manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Handle materials with care, including heavy lifting when necessary, to prevent damage and ensure product integrity. Interpret production documents accurately to verify packaging specifications and batch information. Perform mechanical troubleshooting on packaging machinery to minimize downtime and maintain continuous workflow. Adhere strictly to safety standards in production, including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), ensuring a safe work environment for all team members. Conduct routine inspections of packaging equipment and industrial machinery to identify issues early and perform basic mechanical repairs or escalate as needed. Maintain accurate records of production activities, including shift reports, quality checks, and inventory logs. Support manufacturing processes by assembling packaging components and preparing products for shipment in compliance with GMP guidelines. Qualifications Prior experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and verifying quantities accurately. Mechanical knowledge or troubleshooting skills related to industrial equipment are highly desirable. Familiarity with packaging equipment operation and materials handling techniques. Ability to follow detailed instructions and interpret production documents precisely. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including

GMP, FDA

regulations, CGMP, and safety protocol adherence. Valid forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is a plus.
