Position Overview:

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team full-time as an Packaging & Shipping Coordinator. This hands-on role is primarily focused on preparing and packaging parts for shipment, with occasional support tasks including local deliveries and assisting with online listings. The ideal candidate works well independently, has basic computer skills, and takes pride in accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Carefully package automotive parts to ensure safe and secure shipping. Print shipping labels and process outgoing orders. Occasionally handle local deliveries and drop-offs using a company vehicle (or personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement). Assist with taking product photos and uploading listings to eBay and other platforms. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Support general day-to-day tasks as needed in a small business environment.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and care in packaging. Basic computer skills (e.g., using email, printing labels, uploading photos, basic data entry). Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated — comfortable working independently. Previous experience in shipping, warehouse work, or e-commerce is a plus but not required.
