We value hard work, teamwork, and employees who take pride in what they do. Job Overview Durabag Co. is hiring multiple Production Packers for both day and night shifts. This is an entry-level position responsible for inspecting, packing, and preparing finished paper and plastic packaging products. No prior manufacturing experience or college education is required. We provide on-the-job training and welcome candidates who are dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn. Candidates must be comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a manufacturing environment and must be able to lift heavy goods. Key Responsibilities Inspect finished products for quality and defects. Pack and organize products according to company standards. Count, label, and prepare products as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow production instructions and quality standards. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Work with team members to meet daily production goals. Perform other general production duties as assigned. Qualifications No prior experience required; training provided. Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn. Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy or move products as required. Availability to work 12-hour day or night shifts.Compensation Starting pay:
