Position Summary Navis Shippers LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Assistant to support daily shipping, fulfillment, and warehouse operations. This position will assist with preparing products for shipment, packaging orders accurately, organizing materials, and ensuring items are handled safely throughout the fulfillment process. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare, pack, and label products for outgoing shipments. Select appropriate packaging materials based on shipment requirements. Verify order details and ensure packaging accuracy. Inspect items before shipment to ensure quality standards are met. Apply shipping labels and organize packages for pickup or delivery. Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing inventory. Maintain packaging supplies and notify management when restocking is needed. Support warehouse and fulfillment operations as needed. Assist with loading and unloading packages and materials. Keep the packaging area clean, organized, and safe. Follow company procedures and workplace safety guidelines. Work with team members to complete daily shipping goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently. Basic computer skills are helpful. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills Experience with order fulfillment or warehouse operations. Knowledge of packaging and shipping procedures. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Willingness to learn new processes and systems. Pay:

$21.90 - $22.80 per hour
