Johnny Janosik is seeking RELIABLE and

ENERGETIC LIFT OPERATORS/CHERRY PICKERS

to join our team! We offer a competitive compensation package which includes health care options and paid time off. The ideal candidates for this position are dependable, detail-oriented, and prioritize safety. While prior experience is definitely a plus, we are happy to provide training, and we welcome those who are new to the field and want to learn. This is a labor-intensive position that requires heavy lifting. Individuals are regularly on their feet throughout their shift and may work at heights of up to 40 feet as required. Key Responsibilities:

Operate Stock picker/Cherry picker type lift and other equipment safely and efficiently Perform heavy lifting up to 500 lbs. safely and with assistance Efficiently move merchandise in or out of storage or staging areas Pull and prepare merchandise, ensuring the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped Properly use the handheld scanner to process the merchandise Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Participate in training sessions to gain necessary skills and certifications Maintain equipment in safe and clean condition

Requirements:

3+ years of warehouse and forklift experience is a plus! Must be able to pass a Background and Drug Screen (Zero Tolerance) Must be

DEPENDABLE!

Ability to work at heights of up to 40 feet Physical capability to perform heavy lifting up to 500 lbs. with assistance Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time, bend, squat, reach and/or twist frequently Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse Strong attention to safety and detail Willingness to learn and take direction Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented Be able to work independently or as part of a team
