Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping/Packaging Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspection and quality control as well as accurately packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring quality standards and delivery deadlines are met. Your daily workload will also include assisting in various areas of the shop in addition to helping upkeep the organization of your department. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, works independently, and is always willing to step in where needed to help the team succeed. Responsibilities Manage shop production timelines by monitoring workflow, ensuring deadline adherence, identifying possible setbacks, and communicating status updates to management Moving items from place to place, according to direction from the site supervisor Assisting in the shipment and receiving of various manufactured products Packaging, labeling parts and preparing pallets for shipments Some specialized tasks that may require on-the job training Assist with other shop operations as needed to help maintain production flow and ensure customer due dates are met Qualifications Previous shipping, packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is preferrable Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment Job Requirements Must be well organized and detail oriented Must be able to read and write English Must have reliable transportation Ability to work overtime as required Ability to lift and move 50lbs regularly

• Overtime as needed

Pay Rate:

$16.00
