$15.00 per hour Join Our Team! We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Embroidery Trimmer to join our 2nd Shift production team in Largo, FL. This role is responsible for inspecting, trimming, packaging, and preparing embroidered products for shipment while ensuring all items meet company quality standards. Responsibilities Verify that products and artwork match customer order specifications. Remove backing materials from embroidered items. Inspect each item for embroidery quality and remove loose threads. Trim products to ensure a clean, professional appearance. Review order travelers for special packaging requirements, including: Zipper bag insertion Blanket rolling and strapping Flyer insertion Tag attachment Multi-destination packing instructions Count, package, and prepare completed orders for shipment. Record completed orders in the production logbook. Notify the department lead of any shortages or discrepancies. Apply shipping and packaging labels to boxes and cartons. Complete required production documentation, including initials, date, and completed quantities. Maintain quality standards throughout the trimming and packing process. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Qualifications Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to meet production goals and deadlines. Ability to follow written instructions and communicate effectively with department leads and team members. Previous production, warehouse, embroidery, or packaging experience is a plus but not required. Skills & Attributes Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable and dependable work ethic.
