Our Team Leader plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation, contributing to our mission of maintaining top-notch standards and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Support the Supervisor from the beginning to the end of all operations, including giving instructions to staff. Request daily planning from the Supervisor. Verify and modify production orders as necessary. Request packaging materials required for daily consumption from the store. Ensure packaging materials are stored properly. Coordinate with the warehouse to request and transport required products using a forklift. Check product tare before packaging orders for retail customers. Label tubs of product in process with relevant information such as product details, weight, and customer data. Inspect physical inventory in the Process Cooler at the end of the day to ensure data accuracy. Return unused raw materials or leftover fresh products to the Main warehouse. Send processed products or leftovers to the freezer for storage. Ensure frozen products are collected, weighed, and packed as coordinated with Sales. Coordinate and document cleaning and disinfection activities in the area. Inspect employee health and hygiene, reporting any deviations to the Supervisor. Prepare TTIs for daily use. Monitor and record temperatures of the cooler, room, and process vacuum packing area three times a day. Ensure compliance with the company's Food Safety and Quality standards. Qualifications Experience in a similar role within a production or warehouse environment. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to operate a forklift. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management. Knowledge of food safety and quality standards is a plus. Excellent communication skills.
