Job Description
Job Overview Beanie Baby Heaven is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packing and Shipping Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently placing shipping labels on boxes, placing decorative stickers on boxes and other related duties. Hours are late mid day (11am-2pm M-F) and may vary day to day based upon the workload. Duties Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements Conduct quality control checks on packed items to verify accuracy and condition before shipping Maintain organized storage areas by stocking shelves systematically and managing inventory levels using warehouse management systems Skills Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while lifting heavy items regularly Familiarity with safety protocols, PPE use, and warehouse safety standards Excellent organizational skills for inventory management and stock organization Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately Passing a Level 2 Criminal Background is required.
