Temporary / Temp-to-Hire Position Summary Gem State Staffing in Nampa is currently hiring Pick & Pack / Order Fulfillment Specialists for a local fulfillment center. This role involves selecting, organizing, and preparing small, lightweight items for shipment. This is a great temporary opportunity with strong potential to transition into a permanent, full-time position for reliable team members. Key Responsibilities Read pick sheets or scan orders to accurately locate items within the warehouse. Pick, organize, and pack small, lightweight products into boxes or mailers. Verify order accuracy, attach shipping labels, and prepare items for carrier pickup. Inspect merchandise for damage or quality issues prior to packaging. Assist with staging packed shipments and maintaining an organized workspace. Safely operate basic warehouse equipment as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout an 8-hour shift. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and packing. Ability to lift lightweight packages consistently (typically under 20 lbs). Reliability and strong punctual attendance. Forklift experience is a plus , but not required.
