As repack you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and safety of repackaged beverage products. This role involves inspecting, sorting, and repackaging beverages to meet company standards and regulatory requirements. Attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and efficiency in handling various types of beverages are essential for success in this position.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Inspection and Quality Assurance:
Thoroughly inspect beverage containers for defects, damage, or contamination
Ensure that beverages meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
Sorting and Categorization:
Sort beverages based on type, flavor, or other specified criteria
Categorize beverages for repackaging or disposal
Safely and efficiently repack beverages into designated packaging according to established guidelines
Utilize appropriate packaging materials and methods to preserve product freshness
Apply accurate labels to repackaged beverage containers
Maintain detailed records of repackaging activities, including quantity and quality control checks
Adhere to strict hygiene and cleanliness standards to ensure the integrity of repackaged products
Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment regularly
Operate repackaging machinery and equipment effectively and safely
Report any machinery malfunctions or issues promptly.
Qualifications and Key Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Previous experience in beverage repacking or a related field is desirable.

High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures. Basic understanding of safety regulations and practices. Ability to lift and move objects of varying sizes and weights.
