If a fast pace and visible impact energize you, this role delivers both—along with 12-hour shifts that condense your week into just a few working days. Location & Schedule Elgin, IL 6:00am-6:00pm (paid lunches) 6:00pm-6:00am (paid lunches) 2-2-3 rotation: work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days What you'll do Pack finished products precisely to meet specs and quality benchmarks. Examine items for defects and escalate concerns promptly. Keep the packout area clean, orderly, and efficient. Coordinate with teammates to hit daily output goals.
