- 12 Hours 2/2/3 Schedule example: Week 1: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on Week 2: 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off What's a typical day as Inspector Packer?
You'll be: Manually inspecting completed plastics parts for visual attributes such as discoloration, burns, contamination, and other defects. Packing inspected products into boxes, sealing boxes, printing labels, and stacking finished goods on pallets for shipping. Recording necessary data as required by management and using SAP for labeling and tracking. Keeping the production and packing area clean and organized, including sweeping, removing debris, and cleaning equipment. Sorting and reworking non-conforming products, documenting and labeling them appropriately. Fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment and completing all assigned training. Adhering to all safety and environmental regulations and using appropriate safety equipment. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have 1+ Year of relative experience Are comfortable standing and walking for long periods. Possess good color perception and manual dexterity. Can safely lift up to 35 lbs. Math skills Work well with others at all levels and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Approach tasks in an orderly, logical manner and pay close attention to detail. (Preferred) Have proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SAP, and email.
