Job Description

Overview The ATP Group, Inc. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. This role is essential in ensuring that customer orders are accurately assembled and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment to support our company's commitment to quality and timely delivery. Duties Efficiently pick daily orders for processing both small packages and trucks Assemble boxes, book bundles, and other various materials for shipping Effectively package orders using packing material to reduce damage during shipping Process orders using UPS WorldShip and FEDEX Ship Manager software Operate sit-down forklift, loading and unloading materials Physically receive material, including counting, stacking, labeling, and placement Other duties as assigned Skills Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. for extended periods of time Ability to stand constantly throughout the workday Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment during peak seasons Great organizational skills, planning, and time management

Education/Training/Experience:

High school diploma or GED is preferred Previous warehouse experience is preferred Previous sit-down forklift experience is preferred Previous experience using UPS WorldShip and FEDEX Ship Manager software Previous experience using LTL rating software and/or BOL creation This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering excellent service.
