Freezer Order Picker Pay:

$21.00 per hour

PM Schedule:

Monday-Friday, weekends as needed We are hiring a dependable Freezer Order Picker / Reach Truck Operator for a full-time warehouse opportunity. This position involves picking and packing orders, replenishing inventory, and operating warehouse equipment in a freezer environment. We are looking for candidates with warehouse experience who can safely operate a reach truck, electric pallet jack, or forklift and are comfortable working in below-freezing temperatures. Candidates with strong equipment skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Operate reach trucks, forklifts, and electric pallet jacks to move and replenish products. Use RF scanners to locate, track, and verify inventory. Receive and organize incoming products. Maintain accurate inventory and report damaged products or discrepancies. Organize products within warehouse racking systems. Assist with inventory counts as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow all warehouse safety procedures. Qualifications At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred. Hands-on experience operating a reach truck, forklift, or electric pallet jack. RF scanner experience preferred. Ability to read product labels and order information. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with transferable equipment experience are encouraged to apply. Physical Requirements Ability to work in freezer temperatures below 32°F for the duration of the shift. Ability to lift 30-50 pounds. Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday. Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, push, and pull as needed. Comfortable working in wet and dry conditions.
