Each team member wears multiple hats and your day to day will include, but not limited to the following: Packaging & Quality Control Assessing jewelry for any flaws Light assembly (adding chains to pendants, charms to bangles, etc) Polishing & Final Cleaning Engraving & Customization as requested Adhere to packaging standards and procedures Additional Studio Support will be coordinated as needed and can include, but not limited to: Resin Inlay and Sand Artistry (what we call our inlay specialists)

Must have an artistic eye & be detail oriented related to the process and custom requests Meet & exceed all given timelines Maintain focus, organization & cleanliness Collaborate with team members to continue improving our processes Proactive & Innovative problem solving Ability to ask questions & receive constructive feedback of your work Communication skills and attention to detail is very important Jewelry and manufacturing experience a plus but will train the right person Willingness to learn and grow with a small business Reading and comprehension of detailed order notes that include important instructions from customers Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable with repetitive daily tasks Must be a team player Ability to work under pressure in high-volume periods Support other departments as needed. Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 9-5PM, flexible after being fully trained Overtime is available as requested by management Black Out Months are April (pre-Mother's Day), November and December, must be available for a fixed holiday schedule for those 3 months along with other requested surge periods.
