Temp-to-Perm Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and motivated Picker to join a busy warehouse team in Aberdeen, MD. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience and Order Picker operating experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, great attendance, and a commitment to safety and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Operate an Order Picker to access and pull materials from various warehouse locations. Accurately pick and stage customer orders for shipment. Assist with moving, organizing, and replenishing inventory throughout the warehouse. Conduct routine inventory checks and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies. Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Perform general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned by supervisors. Required Qualifications Experience operating an Order Picker. Previous warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse operations. Dependable, motivated, and able to follow directions well. Ability to work overtime as required. Strong attendance and punctuality. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift. Experience working in a high-volume distribution or warehouse environment.
