Job Description:

Randstad is hiring 2nd Shift HiLo Operators for OPmobility in Adrian, MI. You will safely move automotive materials, support production lines, and manage inventory data in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaterial Handling:

Move components to production lines and finished goods to warehouse locations; load/unload internal and customer racks.

Safety & Inspections:

Complete daily forklift checklists and operate equipment according to safety training.

Data Entry:

Process and verify inventory documents using the local MRP system.

Quality Control:

Maintain the authority and responsibility to stop production for safety or quality issues.

Requirements & Physical DemandsPhysical:

Must regularly lift up to 33 lbs and handle active physical work (sitting, standing, bending, climbing, etc.).

Environment:

Ability to work in varying hot and cold temperatures.

Compliance:

Strict adherence to all company work rules, policies, and safety instructions.
