Schedule:

Monday through Saturday (Expected to work 50 hours a week) Job Summary As a Production Packer, you will be responsible for inspecting, packaging, and preparing automotive and industrial parts for shipment while maintaining quality and production standards. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Safely package automotive and industrial parts into designated boxes and containers according to company specifications. Inspect parts for visible defects, damage, or discrepancies before packaging. Complete shipping and packaging paperwork. Apply and verify labels for packaged products. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Qualifications Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Previous manufacturing, factory, warehouse, or production experience is a plus but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift. Ability to perform repetitive tasks including bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic counting and paperwork skills. High school diploma or GED preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the duration of the shift. Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling as needed. Ability to work in a production environment with repetitive motions.
