Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire About the Role Cardinal Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Chemical Production/Packer for a reputable employer in Eaton Rapids. This is a hands-on production role in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience and the ability to lead by example through strong work ethic, consistency, and attention to safety. Key Responsibilities Package approximately 5,000 lbs of resin chemicals daily Label and prepare hundreds (sometimes thousands) of containers and boxes each day Dispense chemicals into containers ranging from pint cans to 450 lb. drums Arrange filled containers into boxes and stack them onto wooden skids Clean and maintain 350-gallon mixing vessels using brushes, rags, and cleaning solutions Consistently wear and maintain required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, sleeves, bump caps, and occasionally full-face shields Job Requirements Previous leadership experience in a production, warehouse, or packaging environment preferred Prior experience in chemical packaging, manufacturing, or industrial production Ability to lift and handle heavy materials repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable working with cleaning solutions and chemical products Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety standards Reliable and punctual, with consistent attendance Why Work with Us?
