Basic Packaging Pay Range:

$15

• 19 per hour Requirements
• Follow all company processes and standard workflow procedures
• Package products accurately, consistently, and efficiently
• Complete basic daily production tracking and documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow clean-as-you-go procedures throughout every shift
• Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 30 pounds
• Follow all applicable Michigan cannabis compliance regulations and company policies
• Work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment
• Bring a dependable work ethic and positive attitude to every shift

Operator/Manufacturing Pay Range:

$20

• 24 per hour Requirements
• Strictly follow all SOPs and established workflow processes
• Work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Follow mixing recipes, measurements, formulas, and production instructions
• Learn and retain product ingredients, recipes, and manufacturing procedures
• Perform basic production calculations and accurately record manufacturing information
• Demonstrate basic computer skills and use digital production-tracking systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant manufacturing area
• Safely lift and move materials weighing more than 30 pounds
• Follow all applicable Michigan cannabis compliance regulations and company policies
• Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with the production team
• Maintain a dependable work ethic and positive attitude
