Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION
—as a team member, your main job will be the handling of cheese. This will require the cutting of packing, and labeling of cheese. You may also be required to do general cleaning, stocking, and other manual labor jobs. Some of these jobs are fast paced, require standing in one place and are repetitive in motion. All team members are on an introductory period during their first 90 days of employment [temp agency employee's days are per contract]. During this time your performance and attendance will be evaluated. However, the completion of this introductory period does not guarantee employment for any time after.
Job requirements:

ATTENDANCE--bring these to work everyday and you will go far . Must have reliable transportation!! 2.
LIFTING REQUIREMENT
—you will be required to lift to 55lbs at times throughout the day. 3. WAGES—wages will start at $13.00 an hour. There are always chances for advancement and higher paying jobs! A 10% premium is paid for 2nd shift, 15% premium is paid for 3rd shift. 4.

Each bi-weekly payroll will include a $1.00 Bonus per hour with no missed scheduled time or a $.50 cent Bonus per hour if your time off is 10 days pre-approved [Personal, Vacation, PTO]. 5. HOURS—Hours are subject to change. You can expect to work an average of 40-50+ hours per week. Hours will depend on 1) your performance and 2) the work load and or time of year. August through January is the busiest times of the year. Lunches will be one hour long. There are no breaks except for restroom use/water breaks.
  • It is required that you can work some Weekends also 1st , 2nd or 3rd Shift
  • Prep Shift— 5:00a.m. to 2:30/3:00p.m. $13.75/hr 1st Shift -- 6:00 am to 4:00 pm $13.75/hr 1st Shift -- 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Retail Only $13.75/hr 2nd Shift— 2:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. $15.13/hr 3rd Shift— 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. $15.82/hr
  • You will be scheduled "on call" at times.
  • Shifts and hours subject to change.
MUST PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK AND A DRUG TEST.
