Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Fabrication Support to join their team. As a Fabrication Support, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-conscious mindset, and excellent communication skills, and will align well with the organization.

AM C Shift:
Thursday, 12:30 PM•6:30 PM; Friday to Sunday, 6:30 AM•6:30 PM What's the Job? Exhibit active leadership to model and support the company's vision, culture, and strategies Ensure safety is prioritized by following all safety programs and promoting a safe work environment Set up and operate equipment efficiently to maximize output while meeting quality standards Perform job rotations every 4 hours to prevent fatigue and injury during strenuous or repetitive tasks Accurately fulfill customer orders by reviewing manufacturing orders, packaging, and verifying specifications What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required Basic computer skills and ability to recognize safety concerns Ability to utilize inspection equipment and detect minor product defects Strong motivation and self-starting attitude Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to read blueprints and follow inspection procedures according to customer specifications What's in it for me?
