Three 12-hour shifts per week Work Just 3 Days a Week! Industrial Labor Solutions is hiring Packaging/Trimmer Associates for a Plastics Manufacturer in Brookfield, Missouri. We have 10-15 immediate openings across multiple shifts. No manufacturing experience? That's okay! Available Shifts Day Shift:
Sunday-Tuesday, 8:00 AM-8:00
PM Night Shift:
Sunday-Tuesday, 8:00 PM-8:00
AM Night Shift:
Wednesday-Friday, 8:00 PM-8:00 AM Employees work three scheduled 12-hour shifts each week, giving you four days off! What You'll Do As a Packaging Associate , you will help inspect, trim, and package plastic bottles and containers for shipment.
Responsibilities include:
Inspecting finished bottles for quality and visible defects Trimming excess plastic from finished products Packing bottles according to product specifications Assembling shipping boxes and packaging materials Applying the correct labels to shipping containers Adding caps, labels, tabs, or other product components Keeping your workstation clean, safe, and organized Completing end-of-shift cleanup Assisting with other production and packaging duties as needed What We're Looking For Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to work the full 12-hour shift Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment Strong attention to quality and detail Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and 45 pounds occasionally Willingness to follow safety procedures and work instructions Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience is helpful—but not required Why You'll Love This Schedule Work only three scheduled days each week Enjoy four days off Consistent full-time schedule Multiple day and night shifts available Weekly pay through Industrial Labor Solutions Opportunity to gain manufacturing experience Potential for long-term employment with a growing Brookfield company Apply Today!
