We work with businesses and individual customers to turn creative concepts into professionally produced graphics and finished products designed for strong visual impact and lasting performance. As our production needs continue to grow, we are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Production & Packaging Associate to support daily production, finishing, quality control, packaging, material organization, and project preparation. Position Overview The Production & Packaging Associate plays an important role in keeping projects organized and moving efficiently from production through final preparation. This is a hands-on position that supports the preparation and handling of vinyl, printed graphics, signage materials, and other custom products. The role includes preparing materials for production, assisting with routine finishing work, inspecting completed graphics, organizing project components, packaging finished products, and staging materials for installation, customer pickup, delivery, or shipment. Because vehicle wrap and graphics projects may include multiple panels, decals, substrates, and installation components, accuracy and organization are essential. The Production & Packaging Associate helps ensure each project is complete, correctly identified, carefully protected, and ready when needed by the production or installation team. Working closely with production, design, and installation personnel, this position helps maintain an efficient workflow while supporting the quality and presentation standards expected from every completed project. The ideal candidate is reliable, hands-on, attentive to detail, and comfortable working in an active production environment. Previous experience in printing, graphics, signage, vehicle wraps, packaging, fulfillment, or light production is helpful but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Support daily production and preparation of vehicle graphics, vinyl decals, signage, printed materials, and other custom products Review work orders and production instructions to confirm materials, quantities, dimensions, finishing requirements, and project specifications Gather and prepare vinyl, printed graphics, substrates, packaging materials, and other supplies required for scheduled jobs Organize materials and project components throughout production to maintain an efficient workflow Assist with trimming, cutting, sorting, labeling, assembling, and other routine finishing activities Prepare graphics and related materials for vehicle wrap, signage, and installation projects Handle printed graphics and vinyl carefully to help prevent scratches, creases, contamination, or other damage Inspect completed products for print quality, alignment, dimensions, surface condition, finishing quality, and visible defects Verify finished items against work orders and project specifications before packaging or staging Identify incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or defective materials and report issues promptly Keep customer orders and individual project components clearly identified and separated Organize multi-piece graphics and installation packages so team members can quickly identify the correct materials for each project Carefully roll, wrap, separate, and protect finished graphics using appropriate packaging materials Package decals, signage, printed graphics, and other completed products for safe handling and transportation Label completed orders accurately for installation, customer pickup, delivery, or shipment Stage finished projects according to production schedules, installation dates, deadlines, and priorities Coordinate with production and installation personnel to confirm that projects are complete and ready for the next stage Assist with receiving and checking incoming vinyl, substrates, printing materials, packaging supplies, and other production items Verify incoming materials for basic quantity, condition, and accuracy Organize and store materials properly to protect product quality and maintain an orderly production area Retrieve and stage materials for upcoming production and installation jobs Monitor frequently used production, finishing, and packaging supplies and communicate replenishment needs Assist with basic inventory counts and material organization Help maintain an efficient flow of materials between production, finishing, packaging, and installation staging areas Assist with rework, repackaging, or additional preparation when a project requires correction Maintain clean, organized, and safe production, finishing, packaging, and staging areas Follow established procedures for material handling, quality control, equipment use, and workplace safety Adapt to changing production priorities and help keep time-sensitive projects moving according to schedule Support additional production, packaging, inventory, and project-preparation activities as needed Qualifications Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail Strong work ethic and willingness to perform hands-on production work Ability to follow work orders, measurements, specifications, and production instructions accurately Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to maintain accuracy while supporting multiple projects at different stages of production Comfortable working in an active production environment with changing priorities Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle vinyl, printed graphics, signage materials, and finished products carefully Ability to recognize basic quality issues and communicate concerns promptly Strong follow-through and responsibility for assigned tasks Comfortable performing repetitive finishing, preparation, and packaging activities when required Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team Willingness to learn new materials, tools, equipment, and production processes Previous experience in production, printing, graphics, signage, vehicle wraps, packaging, fulfillment, or light manufacturing is preferred but not required Preferred Experience Experience or familiarity with any of the following is helpful but not required: Vehicle wraps and graphics Vinyl materials and decals Large-format printing Sign and graphics production Graphic finishing, trimming, and preparation Production or light manufacturing Packaging and order preparation Quality control Shipping and fulfillment Inventory and materials organization Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout portions of the workday Ability to bend, reach, carry, position, and handle materials associated with production activities Ability to safely move boxes, rolls of vinyl, packaging supplies, graphics, signage materials, and related items Ability to perform routine hands-on production, finishing,
