00 per hour | 30-40 hours per week ZZem Screw is a veteran-owned, Made in USA manufacturer based in Billings, Montana. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Packager to join our team. This is a hands-on position primarily focused on counting, organizing, and packaging screws and other hardware for customer and retail orders. This is a great position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, can stay focused while completing repetitive tasks, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM 30-40 hours per week 30-minute unpaid lunch Two paid 10-minute breaks each day Pay $13.00

What You'll Do Count and package screws, hardware, and related products Assemble product packages accurately according to specifications Label and prepare products for shipping Organize inventory and packaging materials Inspect products for quality while packaging Assist with general shop and packaging-area organization Work with small hardware and parts throughout the day Follow established packaging and quality-control procedures What We're Looking For Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Comfortable performing repetitive tasks Able to accurately count small parts and hardware Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean workspace Previous packaging, warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or hardware experience is helpful but not required Additional Information Because this position may involve access to proprietary company information, a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required as a condition of employment. Please also note that a dog is regularly on the premises , so applicants should be comfortable working in an environment with a dog.
