Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment to efficiently select and fulfill customer orders. Utilize departmental systems to accurately identify, pick, and package parts for shipment. Conduct quality inspections to detect and address damages or discrepancies. Properly package, label, and organize parts to ensure seamless shipping and inventory accuracy. Sort parts into designated lanes or areas based on printed labels, maintaining organized workflows. Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-organized to promote operational efficiency. Address inventory discrepancies promptly and collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals. Replenish supplies on assigned PIT or pick carts to keep operations running smoothly. Support team success by performing additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months of experience in a warehouse or industrial setting, preferably with inventory or order-picking duties. Experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) is required. Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and math. Ability to lift 30-50 lbs safely. Strong team player with a motivated, adaptable attitude. Self-driven with discipline to work independently with minimal supervision.

Pay Details:
