Job Description

We are looking for dependable Machine Operators / Visual Inspection Packers to join a fast-paced manufacturing team on 3rd shift. This position involves operating production equipment, inspecting finished products for quality, and packing materials for shipment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery Load materials and keep machines supplied during production Perform visual inspections of finished products for defects Remove damaged or defective products from the production line Pack, label, and prepare finished products for shipment Complete basic production and quality documentation Keep work areas clean and organized Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures Meet daily production and quality goals Requirements Previous machine operation, manufacturing, packing, or quality inspection experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to identify visual defects and quality issues Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Ability to stand for the majority of the shift Ability to lift up to 40-50 lbs. as needed Dependable attendance and willingness to work nights

Pay:

$16.50 - $18.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
