Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Packaging Associate, where your energy and precision will drive the success of our production line! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging products in accordance with safety standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and FDA regulations. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will ensure that each product is packaged accurately, safely, and ready for distribution. This position offers an engaging environment where teamwork, safety, and quality are at the forefront of every task. Responsibilities Operate packaging equipment and materials handling tools to assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment. Interpret production documents and standard operating procedures to ensure accurate packaging processes. Conduct mechanical troubleshooting on packaging machinery and industrial equipment to minimize downtime. Follow safety protocols rigorously, including heavy lifting techniques and proper use of personal protective equipment. Perform quality checks to verify packaging accuracy, label placement, and compliance with GMP and FDA regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing workspace, including warehouse operations and material handling areas. Assist in inventory management by handling materials with forklifts or other material handling equipment as needed. Requirements Prior experience in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is highly preferred. Knowledge of packaging equipment operation, assembly processes, and industrial troubleshooting techniques. Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), FDA regulations, and safety standards in production environments. Ability to interpret production documents, read basic math measurements, and follow detailed instructions accurately. Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment troubleshooting and hand tool usage. Valid forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is a plus. Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence, heavy lifting capability, and teamwork in fast-paced settings. $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
