Shen's Sushi & Ramen House is looking for a reliable, fast, and detail-oriented Takeout Order Packer to join our team. This position is responsible for checking, organizing, and packing takeout and delivery orders. We are looking for someone who can work quickly while maintaining accuracy, stay organized during busy periods, and handle multiple orders at the same time. Responsibilities Check and pack takeout, pickup, DoorDash, and Uber Eats orders Make sure all food items and quantities match the ticket Check sauces, drinks, utensils, and other required items Carefully follow customer special instructions Keep multiple orders organized and separated Make sure orders are complete before handing them to customers or delivery drivers Communicate with the kitchen or sushi station when an item is missing or incorrect Prioritize orders properly during busy periods Restock sauces, utensils, bags, containers, and other packing supplies Prepare sauces and other simple items as assigned Keep the packing station clean and organized throughout the shift Clean and organize your assigned work area before leaving Assist with other restaurant duties when needed Cleaning and maintaining your assigned work area is part of the position. What We Are Looking For Fast and efficient worker Strong attention to detail Able to read and follow order tickets carefully Able to handle several orders at the same time Organized and able to stay calm during busy periods Able to notice missing or incorrect items Reliable attendance and punctuality Willing to accept instructions and corrections Able to work independently without constant reminders Keeps the work area clean and organized Good communication and teamwork Experience Restaurant, takeout, packing, cashier, or food service experience is preferred, but not required. Applicants who are fast learners and have strong attention to detail will also be considered. Training & Evaluation The starting pay is $16 per hour. New employees will go through an initial training and evaluation period.

If an employee is unable to meet the required performance standards during the training and evaluation period, we may not be able to continue employment. Schedule Mainly evening shifts.
