This role is critical to ensuring products are handled safely, packed to cold-chain standards, and ready for carrier pickup within tight daily deadlines. Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately according to packing slips and system instructions Pack to cold-chain requirements using insulation, ice packs, and temperature-sensitive materials; safely handle frozen gel packs and dry ice blocks Verify product, quantity, labeling, and packaging accuracy before sealing each order Apply shipping labels and carrier-specific documentation correctly; meet daily pack-out targets aligned with carrier pickup windows Maintain a clean, organized work area in compliance with cold storage and food safety standards; communicate discrepancies, damaged product, or supply shortages to a supervisor promptly What we offer Structured Scheduling - Commit to full-time shifts with reliable hours and consistent schedules.
