MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Prior warehouse or printing industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory as employer is willing to train.
• Minimum age of eighteen (18) due to insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. of packaged products.
• Reliable personal transportation as employer is not located on a bus route.
• Effectively follow established OSHA and company safety guidelines and policies.
• Commitment to teamwork and cooperation but understanding when working independently is needed.
• Contribute to a positive work environment and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to Follow Instruction in English and/or Spanish.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.

JOB DETAILS

• Package, and prepare daily customer orders for shipment.
• Assemble shipping boxes and package products securely using protective materials.
• Handle receiving, picking, packing, and outbound shipping operations.
• Inspect items and shipping cartons to confirm order accuracy and package quality against pick lists or check sheets.
• Apply shipping labels and attach necessary documentation to outbound packages.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized packing station and work area.
• Hearing Protection required in production areas, Ear buds are not allowed.
