We are seeking a reliable Shipping Assistant to support daily shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) benefits offered to eligible employees Stable, full-time employment Casual work environment Employee Referral Program Community outreach opportunities Your work has purpose by helping patients receive the medical supplies they need Hourly rate : 16-18/hr Weekly pay in New York Benefits Full-time employees are eligible for: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Education Assistance Opportunities Essential Responsibilities Prepare and package orders for shipment daily Assist with receiving and processing incoming inventory Complete cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy Inspect incoming products and report any damage Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations Ensure proper inventory rotation and monitor product expiration dates Inspect and process returned products Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Provide excellent service and professionalism when interacting with patients, clients, and team members Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and compliance requirements Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred One year of shipping, warehouse, inventory, or related experience preferred Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Physical Requirements Frequently lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds Occasionally lift items weighing more than 10 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, reaching, and computer use Ability to perform routine warehouse duties throughout the workday
