Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and label pharmacy orders from warehouse inventory Verify medication names, strengths, and quantities against order documentation Operate RF scanners, conveyors, and related warehouse equipment safely Follow strict safety, quality, and cleanliness standards in a regulated environment Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and discrepancy resolution Prepare orders for shipping, including packing, sealing, and staging pallets Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and warehouse staff to meet deadlines Maintain compliance with CVS Health policies, HIPAA, and applicable regulations Required Skills Order picking and packing RF scanner operation Warehouse safety and OSHA awareness Basic pharmaceutical product recognition Inventory control and cycle counting Reading and interpreting pick tickets/labels Basic computer and WMS usage Quality control and accuracy verification Pallet jack or cart operation Time management and meeting productivity quotas
