- Trust Follow all OSHA requirements and safety rules.
Fill out work orders when needed. Complete vehicle inspection checklist at start of shift. Follow all safe operating procedures for Clamp Truck Operation Follow all rules for safe roll transport, delivery and storage. When traveling in reverse, lift roll a minimum 6" above floor level. Do not slide rolls along the floor, use them as a brake, or use a roll to push other rolls (bulldozing). Follow all guidelines and best practices for loading rolls to the corrugator Space and store all rolls according to roll room SOP. Make sure roll identification is turned out and legible when putting rolls back. Help wet-end personnel thread up machine or take down rolls when necessary . Other duties as directed by management Follow all established roll-stacking guidelines.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Starting salary for position: $26.92 per hour.
Bonus:
Annual
- Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
Paid Vacation:
2 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year. Paid Holidays. Within the first 30 days of employment, an employee (and their dependents) is eligible to enroll in certain benefit coverages

Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions.
