Overview Join our dynamic team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist on the 2nd shift, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our operations running smoothly. In this vital role, you will oversee the accurate and efficient processing of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring that products are correctly stocked, packaged, and dispatched in a timely manner. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments by inspecting, verifying quantities, and recording data accurately. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, labeling, and staging orders with precision to meet customer specifications and delivery deadlines. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and order pickers safely to load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking supplies and ensuring packaging materials are available for order processing. Skills Strong knowledge of shipping logistics including order picking & packing, load & unload procedures. Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks safely and effectively. Excellent data entry skills coupled with basic math abilities for accurate inventory management and order calculations. Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and external partners. Solid understanding of warehouse operations including stocking procedures, packaging standards, and trade compliance requirements.
