Job Description
In this entry-level role, you will assemble, package, and prepare custom foam packing units used to protect electronic products. Success in this position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a 1st shift position 6am-2pm Monday-Friday, paying $17 per hour. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and package custom foam packing units according to client specifications.
- Measure, cut, and attach foam materials using glue, tape, and hand tools.
- Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure product accuracy.
- Inspect finished products for defects and proper assembly.
- Prepare and package completed orders for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet daily production and performance goals while maintaining quality standards.
- Rotate between workstations as needed.
