Shipping Technician Shift:

2nd and 3rd

Shift Available Pay:

$18.00-$20.00 per hour Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing, organizing, and shipping finished products and materials while ensuring orders are accurate, properly packaged, and ready for shipment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, can follow detailed instructions, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Prepare finished products and materials for shipment. Verify products, quantities, labels, and shipping documentation for accuracy. Package and protect products according to company specifications. Organize and stage completed orders for shipment. Load and unload materials and finished products as needed. Use hand tools and other equipment necessary to prepare products for shipment. Inspect products and packaging to ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation. Communicate with production and other departments to ensure orders are completed and shipped on time. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous shipping, warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math and measurement skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to safely lift, carry, and move materials as required. Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
