In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing and preparing high-quality cannabis products for shipment, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with all regulatory standards. Your energetic approach will help streamline our order fulfillment process, contributing to the overall success of our operations. Duties Carefully select and pack cannabis products according to order specifications and inventory management system Maintain accurate inventory Follow strict safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) during all manual handling Assist with tasks in the facility such as but not limited to defoliation, harvest, and deal with trimmers Conduct quality control checks to verify product condition and packaging standards before dispatching orders Support warehouse distribution activities including stocking order picking, packing, and organizing materials efficiently Skills Strong knowledge of weights and metrc. Ability to perform basic math accurately for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities during packing and inventory tasks Able to bend, lift up to 50lbs, push, pull, lots of walking or standing/ sitting for prolonged periods of time Excellent Join us in delivering top-tier products while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency! Pay:

$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
