• Greenville is seeking dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Packing Associates for an industry-leading tool manufacturer in the Seneca, SC area.

In this key production support role, you will work across different locations within the packaging and warehouse departments—prepping, staging, routing, laser-etching, and packing semi-finished or finished cutting tools for shipment. We are searching for candidates with strong work history longevity who can handle manual packaging tasks as well as operate specialized equipment like laser etchers and skin card packaging machines.

• Packing Associate Primary Responsibilities include: Depending on your daily department assignment, your primary responsibilities will include:

Packaging & Staging:

Prep, route, bundle, pack, and stage semi-finished or finished cutting tools to prepare them for outbound shipment.

Specialized Equipment Operation:

Safely operate equipment such as Laser Etching Machines and Skin Card Packaging Machinery following company procedures.

Warehouse & Receiving Support:

Assist with picking, receiving, unloading, stocking, and organizing inventory across warehouse storage bays.

Material Handling:

Utilize manual hand-trucks and pallet jacks to safely transport materials and staged tools across processing areas.

Documentation & Computer Entry:

Prepare required shipping paperwork, pack lists, and production logs completely and accurately using basic computer systems.

Communication & Support:

Maintain high productivity while communicating effectively across teams to ensure order deadlines and quality standards are met.

Packing Associate Requirements include:

Required Experience:

Minimum of 1+ years of RECENT manufacturing, industrial packaging, or warehouse experience.

Strict Work History Longevity:

Must demonstrate an average of at least 2 years per job over the past 10 years (no more than 5 jobs in 10 years).

Technical & Computer Skills:

Basic computer skills with the ability to enter data and prepare paperwork accurately.

Equipment & Material Handling:

Proven ability to safely operate hand-trucks and pallet jacks.

Physical Capabilities:

Physical stamina to lift up to 45 lbs., stand, walk, stoop, climb, and sit for extended periods throughout an 8-hour shift.

Shift Availability:

Full commitment to work 1st Shift (Monday through Friday).

Soft Skills & Independence:

Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work productively both independently and as part of a team.
