This Role is responsible for operating the bag packer equipment, ensuring proper packaging, coding, and preparation of materials for shipment in accordance with operational and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate bag packer, pallet table, and related packaging equipment under supervision. Ensure all bags are properly coded and marked according to company standards. Safely and efficiently load trucks for outbound shipments. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Participate in palletizing and shrink-wrapping operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area. Report any operational issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly. Contribute to cost containment and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

No prior experience required - training provided on-site.

Skills:

Basic mechanical aptitude Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials Attention to detail in labeling and packing
